These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services provided by AeroMarketer Global Broker Network (“AeroMarketer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may choose not to access or use our services.
Services Offered: AeroMarketer provides a platform to facilitate connections between aircraft owners/operators and a global network of over 1,500 aviation brokers. Our primary service is to market your Aircraft to our extensive database of pre-vetted brokers, enabling users to efficiently expose their aircraft or find suitable aircraft for their clients. AeroMarketer acts solely as a facilitator of connections and does not engage in brokering transactions, negotiating deals, or providing financial advice.
Fees and Payment: By choosing option 1 a one-time, non-refundable administration fee of $299 USD is required to gain access to the AeroMarketer Global Broker Network and its services. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with maintaining our database, platform development, and user support. AeroMarketer does not charge any commission on successful transactions or deals facilitated through connections made by our once-off payment Option 1 via our platform. All payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway. By choosing option 2 separate agreement for aircraft sales will be negotiated beforehand and agreed upon; deemed as a SUCCESS FEE.
3. User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided to AeroMarketer, including aircraft specifications, contact details, and any other relevant data. Users agree to conduct all interactions with brokers professionally and ethically. AeroMarketer is not responsible for the conduct of any broker or user on its platform. Users are solely responsible for performing their own due diligence on any broker or aircraft presented through the network.
Data Privacy and Security: AeroMarketer is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data; however, no system can be entirely secure. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with online data transmission. We will never use your information for any other purpose than to market your aircraft. AeroMarketer will never sell or distribute your data to any unauthorised 3rd party.
Limitation of Liability: AeroMarketer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if AeroMarketer has been advised of the possibility of such damages), notwithstanding our commitment to use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate these risks.

AeroMarketer makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included in their services. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, AeroMarketer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Amendments to Terms: AeroMarketer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
